Shipments are made by express courier within 48 hours in Italy and by Shipping
International Standard 3-6 working days in Europe 7-11 days in the rest of the world, the cost varies according to the individual purchase value and the shipping country.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 in Italy, €350 in the EU and €1000 in the rest of the
world.
As required by trade regulations, all Infula shipments are accompanied by a tax invoice
which declares the value of individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
We ship to all EU countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that the
related import taxes and fees will be included in the product price.
If you are placing an order outside the European Union, the order will be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid),
so we recommend that you check your local taxes and duties before placing your order.

Orders and returns
If for any reason a customer is dissatisfied with an order, the item or items may be
returned free of charge within 7 days from the delivery date of the goods.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, not having been worn, washed or
altered and with tags still attached.
• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (Dust bag,
hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
• Shoes and other accessories must be returned with their boxes
• Returns must be packed in the Infula box which should not be used as an outer package for the
shipping.
• Return shipments must be agreed with customer assistance who will set the date together with you
the time for the courier to pick up.
• We can only accept returns from the country and in the case of Italy from the region in which it was originally sent
shipped an order, for example, orders delivered to Italy, Lombardy must be returned from Italy,
Lombardy. Otherwise, the return is unfortunately not free (import and shipping costs
will be charged at your expense)
• Infula reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized and/or not shipped according to the return policy
