Shipments
Shipments are made by express courier within 48 hours in Italy and by Shipping
International Standard 3-6 working days in Europe 7-11 days in the rest of the world, cost varies a
depending on individual purchase value and shipping country.
We offer free shipping on orders over €150 in Italy, €350 in the EU and €1000 in the rest of the
world.
As required by trade regulations, all Infula shipments are accompanied by a tax invoice
which declares the value of individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Tributes and Duties
We ship to all EU countries on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that the
related import taxes and fees will be included in the product price.
If you are placing an order outside the European Union, the order will be DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid),
so we recommend that you check your local taxes and duties before placing your order.

For countries outside the European Union it may be necessary to pay extra depending on the volume
of the parcel. Should this situation occur, you will receive an email from us with the new estimate

Shipping details
• All orders require a signature upon receipt,
• We are unable to redirect orders once the items have been dispatched, so please be sure
that there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,
• If the courier does not find anyone at the indicated address, he will try to deliver the parcel three more times. After 3

When We Deliver
Our online store ships worldwide, delivering between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
No deliveries are made on public holidays or the day before public holidays.

We ship all orders within 48 hours. The estimated delivery times are only indicative, they start from the date
shipping and we are not responsible for any delay caused by customs clearance procedures

Compiling the order
For legal reasons, when filling in the data of your order it will be necessary to provide your tax code for
be able to issue an invoice. Also make sure your contact details are entered accurately, so
to be able to contact you if necessary.
